Every expedition we run, in one place

Guided motorcycle and self-drive 4x4 departures across the Himalayas. A short list on purpose, because we only sell what we can run properly.

A short list, and we would rather keep it that way.

There are 1 departure on the list at the moment, across India and Nepal. Every one has been ridden by our own crew before it went on sale.

Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Mongolia are in planning and are not listed yet. If the trip in your head is not here, tell us the dates and we will say honestly whether we can build it.

What is the same on all of them

Whatever route you pick, the way it is run does not change. These are operating standards, not extras.

  • 01

    An expedition leader

One person responsible for the group, the route and the call to turn back.

  • 02

    A mechanic on the road

Travelling with motorcycle groups rather than waiting at the end of a phone.

  • 03

    A backup vehicle

Carrying spares, luggage and anyone who has had enough for the day.

  • 04

    Acclimatisation built in

Rest days before the high sections, because altitude is what actually ends trips.

  • 05

    Permits arranged

Restricted areas and conservation permits handled before you arrive.

  • 06

    Small groups

Sized so the crew can watch how everyone is coping, not just count heads.

To everyone who has ridden with us: thank you. Your stories are the reason we keep planning the next one.
